Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AffiliateOS, operated by Pack6 LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

AffiliateOS is affiliate-marketing infrastructure operated by Pack6 LLC (“Pack6”, “we”, “us”). It connects to affiliate network accounts that you own — such as Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten, and Amazon Associates — using credentials you provide, and exposes your programs, links, and earnings through a dashboard, a REST API, and an MCP server.

AffiliateOS is a “bring your own credentials” service. Your relationships with affiliate networks remain directly between you and those networks: commissions are paid by networks to you, and Pack6 is never a party to, or intermediary in, your commission flow.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account — including activity performed by automated agents you connect via the API or MCP server.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to it.

3. Your network credentials

You grant us permission to store the affiliate-network credentials you provide and to use them solely to operate the service on your behalf: verifying connections, syncing programs, transactions, and payments, and creating tracking links. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never used to access one user’s network account on behalf of another.

You represent that you are authorized to use each credential you provide and that connecting it to AffiliateOS does not violate the applicable network’s terms. You can disconnect a network at any time, which stops further use of its credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of any law or of the terms of any affiliate network you connect;
  • publish affiliate links without the disclosures required in your jurisdiction (see our disclosure guide);
  • use the service to mass-produce spam, deceptive content, or traffic designed to generate fraudulent commissions;
  • probe, disrupt, or circumvent the service’s security or rate limits, or attempt to access data belonging to another user;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own offering without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these activities. Affiliate networks may independently suspend accounts that violate their terms; that is between you and the network.

5. Plans and payment

The service offers a free tier and paid plans with higher limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or limits with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data synced from your network accounts and the content you create with the service. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or pool one user’s network data for another’s benefit. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties we do not control: affiliate networks and their APIs, hosting and database providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for network API changes, outages, data accuracy, commission decisions, reversals, or account suspensions imposed by a network. Earnings figures shown in AffiliateOS reflect what networks report and are informational — the network’s own records govern what you are actually paid.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will generate any particular level of commissions or income.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack6 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Pack6 harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of an affiliate network’s terms or of applicable law, including disclosure requirements.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice — by email or in the dashboard — before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of a revision means you accept it. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jamaica. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
